STEP – 1
Investor Account Setup
With the help from a PRG MFT Authorized Securities Representative, you’ll start by opening an account with Olympia Trust. This begins the process of moving your existing funds—like an RRSP, TFSA, or cash—from your current bank or financial institution. The trust account keeps your money safe while the transfer takes place.
STEP – 2
Term Sheet & Subscription Agreement Completion
Next, you’ll meet with the PRG MFT Authorized Securities Representative to go over and sign the Term Sheet and Subscription Agreement. This step makes your investment official and confirms your commitment to move forward.
STEP – 3
Legal and Compliance
All documents and steps in this process follow the rules set by the Canadian Securities Administrators. This ensures everything is done properly and that your investment is protected. 
STEP – 4
Issuance of MFT Unit Certificate
Once everything is finalized, PRG MFT will issue a Share Certificate. This is proof of your investment and shows your share in the project. At this point, your investment is officially secured and active in the project.
