Harsh Pabla

CEO

Broker of Record at Royal LePage PRG Real Estate and Founder of the PRG Real Estate Group of Companies. In real estate since 2010 and a licensed broker since 2012, he specializes in commercial, development-land and investment properties, and received Royal LePage's National Top 10% Award (2022).

Shadi Moukhaiber

chief operating officer

Shadi brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate, finance, construction and business operations. His background includes commercial and residential financing, capital raising, investor relations, real estate development and construction management.

He has personally built and managed more than a dozen residential projects from the ground up and has been involved in hundreds of construction projects, ranging from single-family homes and multiplex developments to commercial projects and large-scale real estate developments.

As COO of PRG REIT, Shadi brings together his experience in finance, development and operations to support project execution, capital raising, investor relations and long-term growth.

Jyoti Pabla

Director of Compliance

A Broker and co-owner of Royal LePage PRG Real Estate in Brampton, where she manages the brokerage office. She specializes in luxury residential and pre-construction real estate.
