With the help of a RealShare EMD Representative, the investor begins by opening an account with
Olympia Trust. This initiates the process of transferring an existing investment, such as an RRSP, TFSA, or
cash, from the investor’s financial institution. The trust account ensures the secure handling of the investor’s
funds.
The investor meets with the RealShare EMD Representative to review and sign the Term Sheet and Subscription Agreement. This step formalizes the investment intent and confirms the investor's commitment to invest.
The Term Sheet, Subscription Agreement and Investment Process all comply with the Legal requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators. This ensures the investors are protected.
RealShare issues an MFT Unit Certificate, which represents the investor's investment share. This certificate serves as proof of the investor's participation in a project.
RealShare provides Olympia Trust the Unit Certificate to facilitate the final transfer of funds to the PRG Mutual Fund Trust. This completes the investment process, securing the investor's stake in a project.
