Project Overview
Castlemore Town Centre
Status: Completed. An 80,000 sq. ft. retail and office plaza with 61 units at 9280 Goreway Drive, Brampton. Acquired in September 2020 and completed in July 2023, the project is 100% sold out.
PRG Commercial Centre
Status: In development. A 60,000 sq. ft. mixed retail and office centre with 55 units at 9240–9260 Goreway Drive, Brampton. Acquired in March 2023, it is in development with completion estimated for mid-to-late 2027.
CastlePointe Retirement Living & Mixed-Use Development
Status: Planning approvals. A three-phase master-planned community in Brampton: a retirement living community, a branded hotel and a residential condominium tower. Acquired in February 2023, it is in the planning approvals stage (OPA/ZBA/SPA), with phases estimated for 2028, 2030 and 2033.
Niagara United Development Ltd.
Status: Zoning review. A 114-acre land banking project of flat agricultural land at 9858 Nichols Lane, Niagara Falls, planned for future residential and retail use. Acquired in October 2022, it is currently under zoning review.
Airport United Industrial Centre
Status: Zoning review. 40 acres of flat land at 13439 Airport Road, Caledon, in the Airport Road and Highway 413 corridor, planned for future industrial development. Acquired in April 2021, it is currently under zoning review.
Collingwood Townhouses
Status: Ongoing. An ongoing 36-unit townhome community in a private setting surrounded by nature and green space, close to Mountain View Elementary School. Acquired in 2022, with a planned hold period of 2 to 4 years.
