Master Disclaimer (Promo Terms and Conditions)— PRG REIT Investment Incentive
The promotional investment incentive described herein is offered by PRG Real Estate Investment Trust (“PRG REIT”) and, if made available, consists of a non-cash contribution of up to $10,000 CAD applied toward a participant’s planned investment in a qualifying PRG REIT investment opportunity.
This incentive:
- Is not cash, not a rebate, not a refund, and not withdrawable
- Cannot be redeemed, transferred, or separated from the investment
- Forms part of the invested capital and is subject to the same investment terms, risks, restrictions, and holding periods as the participant’s invested funds
- Is not guaranteed and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn by PRG REIT at any time
Availability of the incentive is conditional upon:
- Attendance at a PRG REIT investor presentation or qualifying event
- Completion of all required subscription documentation
- Successful investor suitability assessment
- Qualification as an Eligible Investor and/or Accredited Investor, as defined under applicable Canadian securities laws
- Acceptance by PRG REIT, in its sole discretion, of the participant’s investment
