Investor Account Setup

The investor begins by opening an account with Slympic Trust and depositing the necessary funds. This establishes the foundation for their investment. Trust accounts ensure secure handling of initial deposits.

Subscription Agreement Completion

The investor meets with RealShare EMD to sign the subscription agreement. This step formalizes the investment intent and confirms the investor's commitment to PRG MFT

Legal Review & Fund Request

RealShare sends the subscription agreement to a law firm for thorough review. After verification, the law firm coordinates with the trustee to request the release of funds.

Final Fund Transfer to PRG MFT

Once all documents are verified, the trustee and law firm facilitate the final transfer of funds to PRG MFT. This completes the investment process, securing the investor's stake in the fund.

Issuance of MFT Unit Certificate

The law firm issues an MFT Unit Certificate in the name of the trustee, representing the investor's share. This certificate acts as proof of the investor's participation in PRG MFT.
